Welcome to
AT&T Unified Messaging sm
Thank you for choosing AT&T Unified Messaging (AT&T UM)! You'll find our service has much more to offer compared
to stand alone voice mail, email and fax services. We have combined the three in such a way that is sure to exceed
your expectations about what a Unified Messaging product is all about.
Some of the great benefits you will receive with AT&T UM are:
A single place to manage all of your messages (voice messages, email messages and fax messages).
Flexible and simplified management of your different messages -via your phone1, PC2 or your wireless phone,
from AT& T3 (wireless integration not included with AT&T Unified Messaging Lite).
There are two primary ways to begin setting up your service:
On a computer: (Using Windows® 98 (2nd Edition) operating system or higher) See this short, step-by-step
tutorial video: www.att.com/umsetup. Log onto www.um .att .com using the temporary email address and
temporary password provided below. A Set-up Wizard will automatically launch and walk you through the set-up
process. We recommend this option so that you get the full message management flexibility available. Your
computer will require a microphone and speakers to fully implement the installation.
Over the phone: Call your access number listed in the chart below and login using the temporary PIN listed in
the chart below. Then simply follow the prompts to set up your mailbox.
If you have any questions or need additional assistance, please review the Quick Start Guide included with this
