1. CALL TO ORDER
A regular meeting of the Eastvale Finance Committee was called to order on November 20, 2018,
at 4:42 p.m. by Council Member Rush.
2. ROLL CALL
Present:
Council Member Rush, District 4
Council Member Plott, District 5
Absent:
None.
Also present were:
Finance Director/City Treasurer Ernie Reyna Senior Accountant Oralia Macias
Deputy City Clerk Stephanie Vasquez
3. PUBLIC COMMENT
Council Member Rush opened the public comments portion of the meeting. Hearing no
response, Council Member Rush closed the public comments portion of the meeting.
Consent Calendar was taken out of order to accommodate Council Member Plott's arrival.
5. COMMITTEE BUSINESS
5.1 Warrant Register
Finance Director/City Treasurer Reyna presented the Warrant Register and answered
related questions.
Council Member Rush recessed the meeting at 4:58 p.m.
Council Member Plott arrived and Council Member Rush reconvened the meeting at 5:22 p.m.
Council Member Rush provided a summary of the questions and answers provided
relating to the Warrant [Zegister
There was a consensus to approve the payment of warrants as submitted by the
Finance Department.
4. CONSENT CALENDAR
4.1 Finance Committee Meeting Minutes
There was a consensus to approve the minutes from the regular meeting held on
October 16. 2018.

There was no update provided.

CoUaCil Member Rush thanked everyone for their workasit was his last Finance Committee
Meeting.
ADJOURNMENT - Council Member Rash adjourned the meeting at 5:26 p,in. The next regular
