1. CALL TO ORDER
The regular meeting of the Eastvale City Council was called to order at 6:34 p.m. by Mayor Rigby.
2. ROLL CALL
Present: Councilmembers Lorimore, Tessari, Yow; Mayor Pro Tem Plott; and Mayor Rigby
Absent:
City Staff
Present: City Manager Jones, City Attorney Vega, and City Clerk Donohue were present at
Roll Call. Other staff members were present and responded to questions.
INVOCATION
Pastor James Turner with Eastvale Bible Church offered the invocation.
PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
Scout Troop 2012' & Troop 2G17G's led the Pledge of Allegiance.

4. PRESENTATIONS/ANNOUNCEMENTS
4.1 Proclamation for Red Ribbon Week
Mayor Rigby presented the proclamation for Red Ribbon Week to Robin Jones from
Corona Norco Unified School District.
4.2 Proclamation for Breast Cancer Awareness Month
Mayor Rigby presented the proclamation for Breast Cancer Awareness Month to
former City of Norco Councilmember, Kathy Azevedo.
