1. CALL TO ORDER
The regular meeting of the Eastvale City Council was called to order at 5:30 p.m. by Mayor
Lorimore.
2. ROLL CALL
Present: Councilmembers Dinco, Plott, Yow, Mayor Pro Tem Rigby, and Mayor Lorimore.
Absent:
City Staff
Present: City Attorney Vega and City Clerk/Communications Director Donohue were present
at Roll Call.
3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
Councilmember Plott led the Pledge of Allegiance.

5.1 CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL —ANTICIPATED LITIGATION
Significant exposure to litigation pursuant to paragraph (2) or (3) of subdivision
(d) of Section 54956.9: 1 Case
At the conclusion of closed session, City Attorney Vega stated that there was no
reportable action.
ADJOURNMENT — Mayor Lorimore adjourned the meeting at 6:27 p.m. The next regular meeting
of the Eastvale City Council is scheduled for Wednesday, January 12, 2022 at 6:30 p.m.
