A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EASTVALE, CALIFORNIA,
ESTABLISHING THE REVISED LIST OF AUTHORIZED POSITIONS
WHEREAS, on June 22, 2022, the City Council adopted Resolution No. 22-49 establishing the
authorized positions for the fiscal year 2022-2023; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to modify the authorized positions established in Resolution
No. 22-49 for the remainder of fiscal year 2022-2023.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EASTVALE DOES HEREBY FIND,
DETERMINE, AND RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Council of the City of Eastvale does hereby resolve, determine, and order
that the approved List of Authorized Positions in the City of Eastvale adopted budget for fiscal
year 2022-2023 shall be amended, effective February 22, 2023 as shown in Attachment 4.1,
Exhibit C to the staff report accompanying this resolution.
