A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EASTVALE
QUITCLAIMING OF PRESIDIO STROYI DRAIN EASEMENTS, 7Y) THE RIVERSIDE
COUNTY FLOOD CONTROL AND WATER CONSERVATION DISTRICT
WHEREAS Lennar Homes proposed a development of 'Cract Map 36383 which included, in
para, the construction of Presidio Storm Drain, and its related laterals: anal
WHEREAS in January 24, 2014 the City Council of the City of Eastvaleapproved the final map
for Tract Map 36382 and accepted the storm drain casements where the Presidio Storm Drain, and its
related laterals were to be constructed: and
WHEREA3'fract Map 16382 is located mthin the City of Eastvale; and
WHEREAS the Riverside Count} Flood Control and Water Conservation District (District)
establishes and maintains the storm drain facilities within the City of Eastvale upon completion of the
improvements: and
WHEREAS Lennar Homes has completed the storm drain improvements and the District is
ready to accept the improvements: and
WHEREAS the District has requested the Citi- quitclarnt the storm drain easements within Tract
36382 in favor of the District to provide access for construction, reconstruction, and maintenance of then'
storm drain facilities:
TIEEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED AND ORDERED that the City Council of the City o'
Iastvale
1. Quitclaim to the Riverside County blood Control and Water Conservation District the storm
drain easements on Parcels A and F of Tract Map 36182, more specifically described as the
Presidio Storm Drain Easements.
2. Authorize the City Manager to sign the Quitclaim Deed attached to this Resolution.
3. The City Clerk shall cause a certified copy ofthis Resolution, be recorded. The quitclaim
shall be effective when the City Clerk records the Resolution with the County Recorder.
